Craftspeople not cogs

We're looking for craftspeople - you won't be just another cog in a machine, churning out widget after widget! You'll get the opportunity to use your talents to create novel solutions to help meet our customers' needs.

We recognize that each person is unique with a unique set of talents, a unique personality and unique needs. We do our utmost to make room for each person to grow, providing mentorship and journeying with them on their life path.

Core Value: Excellence

Who wants to get out of bed in the morning to do an ok or meh piece of work? We want to look at what we’ve done at the end of each day/week/month/year and say, “That is an excellent piece of work.”

We want what is best for our customers, which is excellent work - well-designed, thoroughly tested, easy to maintain, delivered on time, reliably deployed web applications.

Core Value: Care

We care for:

Our customers - we seek what is best for our customers and build long-term relationships with them to help them succeed

Each other - life is much more important than just getting the job done. We want Acorn to feel like family - a place where it's safe to be yourself, where you can trust the people around you, where you have fun, where it's ok to take risks and even get things wrong occasionally. We're convinced that as each person is encouraged to be who they were born to be that collectively we'll thrive.
